Never. We produce a written line-item estimate after the diagnostic and require your explicit written approval before any repair work begins. If the scope changes mid-repair, we pause and contact you.
How long does a diagnostic scan take?
The scan itself takes approximately one hour. You receive a written report the same day. If the fault is straightforward, a same-day estimate is often possible.
What does the diagnostic fee cover?
A full OBD-II multi-system scan, a ranked fault list with root-cause interpretation, and a written priority report. Half the fee is applied as a credit if you book the repair with us.
Do I need an appointment for a drop-off?
Yes. A drop-off appointment ensures your vehicle is logged, photographed, and assigned to a technician the moment you arrive, rather than waiting in a queue.
What vehicles do you work on?
We service most domestic and import passenger vehicles and light trucks. When you book, enter your year, make, and model so we can confirm parts availability before your appointment.
How do I know when my vehicle is ready?
We will contact you by the method you specify at intake (call or text). Pickup is not scheduled until you confirm you are coming, so your vehicle is not left on the lot unattended.
