Every job begins with a documented scan. We do not recommend repairs based on symptoms alone. You see the data, you hear the interpretation, and you make the call.
Written Before We Work
Estimates are line-item documents, not verbal ballparks. Your written approval is required before work begins and before any scope change is applied.
Accountable from Intake to Pickup
Your vehicle is photographed on arrival, tracked through every stage, and returned with a written summary of what was done and what to watch.
Why This Standard Matters
Most repair shops give you a verbal estimate, start the work, and hand you a bill at the end. We built a different process because we believe the driver who owns the vehicle is the right person to make every decision about it.
Our diagnostic reports are written documents you can take away, compare, and question. Our estimates are line-item breakdowns, not round numbers. And our pickup summaries are records you can keep, share with your next mechanic, or reference when a future fault appears.
