A Repair Process Built Around Your Decision

Six documented steps from intake to pickup. Nothing moves forward without your knowledge and approval.

Book Your Intake Slot

Reserve a diagnostic or drop-off appointment online. You answer a short intake form covering your vehicle, mileage, and the symptoms or concerns you are experiencing. We confirm your slot and send pre-arrival instructions within one business hour.

02. Arrival and Condition Documentation

Arrival and Condition Documentation

Your vehicle is photographed on all four sides and logged into our system the moment it arrives. A digital condition record is opened before we move it into the bay.

03 - 06: Diagnostic, Estimate, Repair, and Pickup

  1. Diagnostic and Written Report

Our technician runs a full OBD-II multi-system scan and produces a ranked fault list. Every active and pending code is interpreted in plain language. You receive this report in writing before any repair discussion begins.

  1. Written Estimate and Your Approval

We build a line-item estimate: parts, labour hours, and turnaround window. No work begins until you approve the estimate in writing. If the scope changes during the repair, we pause and contact you immediately.

  1. Repair Execution and Technical Documentation

Technician notes, parts batch numbers, torque specifications, and fluid measurements are recorded as work progresses. Nothing is assumed; everything is logged against your vehicle record.

  1. Quality Check and Written Pickup Summary

A post-repair road test and final inspection precede every vehicle release. You collect a written summary of all work completed, measurements taken, and any items to watch going forward.

PROCESS QUESTIONS

What if you find additional problems during the repair?

We stop and contact you immediately. No additional work is begun without your written approval, even if it would add only a small cost.

Can I see the diagnostic report before deciding?

Yes. You receive the written report before we discuss repair options. Take it away, get a second opinion, or ask us questions: the decision is always yours.

How do I approve the estimate?

We send you a written estimate by the contact method you specify at intake. You reply with a written approval, or we can walk you through it by phone and confirm in writing.
