Questions Worth Answering Before You Book
Everything you need to know about our process, pricing, and what happens to your vehicle from intake to pickup.
DIAGNOSTIC AND INSPECTION
Do you start repairs before I approve the cost?
Never. We produce a written line-item estimate after the diagnostic and require your explicit written approval before any repair work begins. If the scope changes mid-repair, we pause and contact you immediately.
What does a diagnostic scan cover?
Our OBD-II scan reads every module simultaneously: engine, transmission, ABS, emissions, ADAS, and body control. You receive a ranked fault list with plain-language root-cause interpretation, not just a code printout.
How long does a diagnostic take?
The scan itself takes approximately one hour. The written report is typically ready the same day. If the fault is straightforward, a same-day repair estimate is often possible.
ESTIMATES AND APPROVALS
How do I approve an estimate?
We send a written line-item estimate by the contact method you specify at intake. You reply in writing (email or text). Work does not begin until we have your confirmation on record.
Can the final cost exceed the estimate?
Only with your approval. If a scope change is needed, we pause, contact you with an updated estimate, and resume only after written authorisation.
Do you offer verbal estimates by phone?
We do not quote repair costs without a diagnostic report. Verbal ballpark figures mislead both parties. Every estimate is a written document based on verified findings.
DROP-OFF AND SCHEDULING
Do I need an appointment for drop-off?
Yes. Booking a drop-off slot ensures your vehicle is logged, photographed, and assigned to a technician immediately on arrival, rather than waiting for a bay to open.
What vehicles do you service?
Most domestic and import passenger vehicles and light trucks. Enter your year, make, and model when booking so we can confirm parts availability before your appointment.
How do I know when my vehicle is ready?
We will contact you by the method you specified at intake. Pickup is not scheduled until you confirm you are on your way, so your vehicle is never left unattended on the lot.
