Repair Warranty
Parts and labour warranty on all completed repairs. Terms confirmed in writing at vehicle collection.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Does the diagnostic fee get refunded if I don't authorise the repair?
The diagnostic fee is not refundable, but 50% of it is credited toward any repair you authorise with us following the same diagnostic visit.
Can the final bill exceed the estimate?
Only if you authorise a scope change. If our technician finds an additional issue during the repair, we stop work, contact you with an updated estimate, and resume only after you approve it in writing.
Do you charge for parts sourcing?
Parts sourcing is included in the labour estimate for each job. We use OEM-grade or OEM parts wherever possible and specify the source in the written estimate.
