How long you have

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email aionstreamz@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong, and we will confirm the next step.

Once your return is approved we will tell you where to send the item. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.

Your refund

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, once we have received and checked the item. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the return is our fault or your local law says otherwise.

What we cannot take back

Custom, personalised and final-sale items cannot be returned.

This never applies to an item that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — tell us and we will put it right.

If something arrives damaged

Contact aionstreamz@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it. Do this as soon as you can after delivery so we can also claim from the carrier.
