Where we ship

We are still setting up our delivery options. Email aionstreamz@gmail.com and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

How long before it ships

Orders are picked and packed on business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving, your parcel does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, email aionstreamz@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.

Please check the address on your confirmation email: a parcel returned to us because the address was wrong can be resent, but the second postage is payable by you.
