Aionstreamz is operated by Aionstreamz, 6538 West 64th Place, Chicago, IL, 60638, United States.

By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. If you have a question about them, email aionstreamz@gmail.com.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation and charge your payment method — not before.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

Prices are shown inclusive of any taxes we are required to display, with shipping and any duties calculated at checkout.

Delivery

Our Shipping Policy sets out where we ship, how long orders take to leave us, and what happens to a package that is lost or arrives damaged.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellation

Our Refund Policy explains how to return an order and when you get your money back. Nothing in these terms limits the cancellation or refund rights your local consumer law gives you.

Using this site

You may browse and buy for your own use. Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, resell access to it, or use it to break the law.

The content on this site — text, images, logos and product photography — belongs to us or our suppliers, and is not yours to republish commercially without our permission.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we sell and will put right an order that arrives wrong, damaged or not as described.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, United States, and any dispute will be heard by the courts there. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
